Cancellation Policy

By scheduling a pet recovery appointment with Griffin Drone Solutions, you agree to the following terms: Best Effort Service: We provide aerial thermal imaging and visual assistance for pet recovery on a best-efforts basis. We cannot guarantee successful recovery or location. Timely contact improves the chances of success. Payment is required regardless of the outcome. Regulatory Compliance: All drone operations comply with FAA regulations and applicable local laws. Flights may be limited or denied due to airspace restrictions, no-fly zones, or other legal considerations. Weather Conditions: Flights will only occur in safe weather conditions. Appointments may be postponed, rescheduled, or canceled due to inclement weather or other factors affecting safety or effectiveness. Client Responsibility: Griffin Drone Solutions personnel are not responsible for the physical retrieval of your pet. Our role is limited to aerial search and location support. Once a potential sighting is made, it is your responsibility to approach and secure the animal. When possible, we will maintain visual contact until the pet is secured or observation is no longer feasible. Safety and Liability: Safety is our top priority. All parties must adhere to safety instructions from the drone operator. Only Griffin Drone Solutions personnel operate the drone unless explicitly instructed otherwise. Individuals must remain a safe distance from the drone. We are not liable for client or third-party actions, and ground safety is the sole responsibility of those on the ground. We reserve the right to refuse or suspend flights if unsafe conditions arise.
